જવાબઃ બહેનશ્રી, તમો વેકેશન પહેલાં CL. મંજૂર થયા કે કેમ તે પૂછો છો પરંતુ જી.સી,એસ.આર. ના રજાના નિયમો મુજબ વેકેશનના આગળ કે પાછળ CL.નો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થતો નથી. તા.૩-૫-૦૯ના રોજ રવિવાર હોવાથી રવિવાર પણ વેકેશન સંલગ્ન ગણાય. જેથી શનિવારના રોજ C.L. મંજૂર થઈ શકે નહીં. તમારે બન્ને દિવસની અર્ધકપાત પગારી રજા લેવાની થાય, તેમજ હક્ક રજા એટલે વેકેશન ન ભોગવતાં કર્મચારીને વર્ષના ૧૦ દિવસની રજા હક રજા (અર્નેડ લીવ) E… જમા કરવામાં આવે છે. જે પુરા પગારની હોય છે. વેકેશન ભોગવતાં કર્મચારીને રજા મળવાપાત્ર થતી નથી. જેની નોંધ લેશો.
